What are my options for putting a team logo or sponsor ad in my ice rink?
We have three ways that you can place in ice logos under the surface of your ice skating or hockey rink. Hand Painting the logos using an ice stencil and ice paint, IceFab Fabric Textile Printed Logos and IceFab Mesh Under Ice Logos. 1. Ice Logo Stencils – Transfer Team and Sponsor graphics to the ice rink surface for hand painting.

- Pros: Good for simple logos and lettering.
- Cons: Requires the purchase of Ice Paint. Also takes a great deal of time depending on how many logos you have to paint and how many colors needed. Requires hand painting skills. Also requires ice painting equipment.

What is the Process for Pouncing and Painting Ice Logos?
- Logo file supplied must be a Vector line file .ai or .eps (NOTE: cannot use bitmaps)
- An outline of the ice rink logo is printed on high-quality paper, also with a grid for alignment.
- The Ice stencil is perforated by hand with an electronic pounce machine. Resulting in tiny holes burned into the paper and creates an outline of the logo.
- Larger logos are printed in tiled panels. The panels are taped together for installation.
- At the rink, the stencil/pounce pattern is placed in position and lightly tacked down the corners.
- Next take the Pounce Chalk Bag and tap the pattern/ stencil where the perforations are.
- Carefully lift the paper pattern off and it leaves a chalk outline.
- Finally, hand paint the graphics using ice paint.
2. IceFab Mesh Rink Logos
Digitally Printed Fabric Mesh. Frozen under the ice surface.
Better Solution:
Perfect for Pro Hockey Teams and Larger Rink Logos.
